My name is Winter Gray and I'm 25 years old. I have no formal training in anything that I do, so until such time as I do, I probably will not consider myself anything other than a hobbiest.

I made my first terrible website when I was around the age of 16. This was mostly self-taught, until I felt I knew enough to purchase this domain in 2001. By the time I reached the age of 20, or so, I took a website hiatus, and completely lost touch with all that went with it. Recently, with the help and inspiration of my boyfriend, I have developed new interest. This new redesign is thanks, largely in part, to him.

Photography
My two biggest driving forces behind any pictures I take are animals and nature. I am still very much learning, and I will admit that many of my photographs that I consider "good" have been lucky shots.

Other
I am a self-taught knitter, a mostly self-taught sewer, and will be a mostly self-taught yarn spinner/dyer if I ever get up the gumption to really sit down and learn. There may be a point in time where I offer items for sale, for various things such as hand-knitted items, or sewn accessories for small animals like ferrets or rats.
